Lotus Planting Instructions
Plant in wide, shallow containers in heavy loam soil and place in full sun with 2 - 4 inches of water over top of pot.
Lotus Fertilizing Instructions
Do not fertilize until you have aerial leaves growing out of the water on your sacred lotus plant. Once you have aerial leaves, feed your sacred lotus throughout the growing/blooming season, June through September. We recommend Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs for optimum growth, best blooms and ease of use. Simply press the tabs into the soil near the roots of your lotus plants, taking care not to damage the roots.
