Lotus Planting Instructions
Plant in small, wide, shallow bowl and plant in heavy loam soil in full sun with 2 inches of water above the soil. Place in full sun, outdoors. (Eight to twelve hours of sunlight is necessary for lotus plants to grow and bloom!)
Lotus Fertilizing Instructions
Fertilize monthly, June through September, once plant is established with aerial leaves growing out of the water. We recommend Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs for optimum growth, best bloom and ease of use. Simply press the tabs into the soil near the roots of your lotus plants, taking care not to damage the roots.
