Lotus Planting Instructions
Plant in loam soil in wide, shallow pots and place in full sun with 2 - 4 inches of water over tuber. Be careful not to bury or damage the growth tips on tuber and do not fertilize until you have two standing aerial leaves growing out o the water.
Lotus Fertilizing Instructions
Fertilize monthly with fertilizer tabs, once you have aerial leaves growing out of the water. Fertilize June through September, making your final fertilizer application in September.
