Lotus Planting Instructions
Plant in wide, shallow container using heavy loam soil, keeping the growth tips exposed. Add 2" of water over the soil and place in full sun. In a week or two, coin leaves will appear. DO NOT fertilize until you have aerial leaves growing up out of the water.
Lotus Fertilizing Instructions
Once you have aerial leaves, you can fertilize monthly during the growing/blooming season. We recommend and sell Landon's Granular Fertilizer or Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs+Humates for best bloom and robust plants.
