Lotus Plant Description
Welcoming Red Lotus is a graceful lotus with classic form. The petals on Welcoming Red Lotus are crisp-white and gently kissed with dark-pink petal tips. Green receptacles, gold stamens and anthers and dark-green foliage complement this lovely lotus specimen nicely. Welcoming Red Lotus is beautiful in ornamental containers on your deck, patio or balcony. Welcoming Red Lotus is also lovely in small ponds or tub gardens.

Lotus Planting Instructions
Plant in loam soil using wide, shallow containers and 2 - 4 inches of water over the lotus tubers, place in full sun outdoors (8 - 12 hours of sunlight daily). Do not fertilize until you have aerial leaves.
Lotus Fertilizing Instructions
Fertilize once a month with Fertilizer Tabs, June through September, after you have two standing aerial leaves growing out of the water.
